FUN & FAMILY IS WHAT WE ARE ALL ABOUT!

For our team members, Ruby’s isn’t just a place to work, it’s a way of life. Essential to our company values is our philosophy of combining fun with a work ethic which allows for a quality of life, giving you family time.

We have a long-standing tradition of bonding with our managers. Each year we take our team on five or six adventures, to places like the Pageant of the Masters in Laguna Beach or a “day at the races” at the Del Mar, CA racetrack. We have beach parties and an annual holiday party. And we engage in a little friendly competition with activities like bowling and beach volleyball.

The sole intent is to foster a spirit of camaraderie and to reinforce our belief that the best working environments are the ones that allow employees to take time out to build job skills and professional relationships all in the spirit of fun!
